Typically, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the artwork is damaged during shipping. If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out directly to angie_abstraction_art@interia.eu to discuss potential solutions, including possible returns or refunds.

Refunds are only processed once the returned artwork is received. I take great care in packaging each piece securely to ensure it arrives safely. Please be sure to verify the size, surface, and hanging options of the artwork before purchasing to ensure it suits your space. If you have concerns about color matching, you can request a video of the artwork before buying. I also offer custom commissions if you need a piece tailored to your home’s specific colors and dimensions.

Custom orders are non-refundable. Once payment is received, I immediately begin preparing materials, prepping canvases or boards, organizing my workspace, and sourcing specific colors for your custom request. All details are confirmed before purchase, and I’ll keep you updated throughout the creation process.

Following the UK's departure from the EU, shipments between the UK and EU are now subject to customs fees imposed by courier services. These are new charges introduced as a result of Brexit.
