Return Policy .

1. If you change your mind about your order in the first 12 hours after making a purchase, you can contact me Angie_abstraction_art@interia.eu to cancel your order. This is only offered within the first 12 hours if a buyer changes their mind, this is because pieces are top coated and fully finished to order and extra work is put into the artwork after a piece is purchased to get the artwork ready for it’s new home. I urge all buyers to fully read the sizes and surface types of the artwork they are interested in prior to purchase.
    

2. Under normal circumstances, I do not accept returns or exchanges for artwork unless damage has occurred during transit, if under rare circumstances you have an issue with your order then you can get in contact directly at Angie_abstraction_art@interia.eu to discuss what I can do for you and if the artwork can be returned for a refund.
   
   Returns/refunds are only processed once a returning artwork is received. All artwork is packaged incredibly safely to ensure safe transit. Also please ensure you read all sizes, surfaces and hanging styles for an artwork prior to purchase to make sure it is the correct fit for your home, if you are unsure about colour matching, feel free to ask for a video of the artwork before purchase, I also take commissions if you would like something made to order instead, to match colours in your home and your desired size.
    

3. Custom orders are non-refundable, once payment is received securely through my website, I begin ordering supplies, prepping boards/canvases, readying my work space, colour matching and out sourcing specific colours requested for your custom request. All details of commissions are spoken and agreed prior to purchase and I will update you on your custom piece throughout the creation process.\

Brexit - Buyers in the EU

​

1. Now that the UK has left the EU, goods traveling between the EU and the UK , and vice versa, will be subject to customs fees issued by the courier companies, these are new fees that have been introduced. My courier provider allows me to pre-pay for these fees prior to sending (as of September 2021) so that the artwork can be received smoothly without complication

Intellectual Property

1. All intellectual property within Angie Abstraction Art, the Angie Abstraction Art social media accounts, photographs* and belong to myself as the owner and artist, this includes written content and all images of artworks, using any of my written content or artwork images for your own use will be challenged and dealt with appropriate action.

1. Upon purchasing a piece of artwork from my website, you are confirming that you have read the description prior to purchase, please note when browsing the images that image colours can vary depending on mobile/laptop screens and I am happy to send more photos or videos prior to purchase if you are buying a ready made piece to match your home.

• As the artist and owner of Angie Abstraction Art, I retain the right to:
  1; under very rare circumstances cancel or extend order times, which would of course be communicated and agreed with you before any changes are made to your order.

• 2; request additional information, for example if the delivery company requests a different address than the address given at checkout.

• *Some images have been cropped and mounted onto images for visual realisation purposes to envisage the artworks in home settings and interiors, the images that this statement refers to do not belong to me, all credit of these images goes to the original creators, I do not take credit for these images, I only own the images of the artwork itself.
