Generally, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the artwork is damaged during shipping. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to me directly at Angie_abstraction_art@interia.eu, and we can discuss possible solutions, including potential returns and refunds. Refunds are only processed once the returned artwork is received in good condition. I ensure that each piece is securely packaged to arrive safely. Please double-check the artwork’s size, surface, and hanging options before purchasing to ensure it suits your space. If you’re unsure about the colors, you can request a video of the artwork before making a purchase. I also offer custom commissions if you need something tailored to your home’s specific colors and dimensions.

Custom orders are non-refundable. Once payment is made through my website, I start the process immediately, including ordering materials, preparing canvases, and sourcing any specific colors needed for your custom piece. All details of the commission are agreed upon before purchase, and I will keep you updated as the work progresses.

Brexit - EU Buyers

With the UK no longer part of the EU, shipments between the UK and EU countries are now subject to customs fees, which are handled by the courier companies. As of September 2021, I can pre-pay these fees to ensure your artwork is delivered without issues.

Intellectual Property

All content related to Angie Abstraction Art, including social media, photographs, written materials, and images of artworks, is my intellectual property. Unauthorized use of any of these materials will be addressed with appropriate actions.
